Meet your Host

Hi! I’m Lana, and along with Bonnie and Erin, we’re the Three Birds. If you’ve only just discovered us – welcome! Or, you may have purchased our book, or perhaps ‘met’ us on our socials.

In case you don’t know us, we’re three besties + busy mums on a mission to inspire and empower women all over the world to make their dream homes a reality.

We’ve been best friends for two decades and we’ve been through many of life’s major milestones (and botches!) together. From being single birds to married ones, bearing nine beautiful kids between us, and supporting each other through busy corporate careers.

Like many mums, there came a point where we were after a more fulfilling life – one where we called the shots and our work was flexible around our busy families. So we ditched our corporate careers to pursue a business combining our love of home and style.

And so, in 2014, Three Birds Renovations took flight.

Since then, we’ve helped transform over 20,000 properties through our Reno School, and over 10,000 properties with our Styling School, while completing 15 of our own renovations and counting.

The pure joy we see in the families we’ve worked with is always heart-fillingly inspiring. This is what keeps our collective spirits ignited and united!
